Returns

The customer has a deadline of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of reception of the merchandise, without proof nor payment of penalties.

The customer must fill in the withdrawal form above and return the product in its original packaging and undamaged with the form filled in. The return shipping costs of the product are the customer's own responsibility.

Any damaged product will not be taken back.

The non-reception of the merchandise by the customer cannot be considered a use of the right of withdrawal.

The Cooperative will refund the undamaged product and the costs of a normal delivery within 30 days after return.

Certain products such as perishable goods are not under the right of withdrawal and cannot be refunded.*
